FERPA and Directory Information
The release of student education records by Regency to third parties, other than a school department or official, is generally prohibited without the student’s written permission. FERPA contains certain exceptions to this general rule, which permit the release of student education records without specific consent. In addition, Regency may release student directory information without consent, unless a student has specifically requested that such information not be released. FERPA and Directory Information
